Built in 1890 and reconstructed in 2004, this stone house sits in one of the most desirable positions on the Bay of Kotor. Built in the traditional Mediterranean style, the property is listed under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Montenegro, recognising its historical and architectural value.

The house covers 160m² over two floors, each with its own self-contained apartment. A 100m² garden surrounds the property, finished with stone walls and wrought iron railings that are true to the style of the original building.

The property has its own private beach and marina, where boats of up to 16 metres can be moored, with electricity and water on hand for servicing vessels. A 240m² PONTA - a traditional terrace used for sunbathing and relaxing by the water - comes with the property. The PONTA falls under the ownership of the Montenegrin institution Morsko Dobro, but the house owner holds the sole right to use it, and no one else may access it without their permission.
