This amazing property is constructed on four levels so we will continue to the top level which includes a kitchenette complete with sink and leads through a door to the roof terrace. This roof terrace gives the most breath-taking 360 degree views from Latchi to the west towards Droushia to the south, Lysos and Peristerona in the east and to the north, Turkey where, on a clear day one can see the Turkish coast.

The lower ground floor has everything one could ask for, indeed it can be used as a self-contained apartment.

A kitchen superbly equipped with modern appliances leads to the lounge diner, but en route we come to the cloakroom, a separate walk in shower room, and the piece de resistance - a 4 person sauna!!

This in turn takes us to a very large, magnificently equipped bedroom. Doors lead from this area up steps to the pool - the perfect location.

At the start of this description we described the gardens at the front of the house, now we should concentrate on the rear of the house and the garden area there. We mentioned the partially covered veranda the style and appearance of which has been enhanced by the addition of Roman style pillars. Those who wish for a little shade should sit under the covered area whilst the dedicated sun worshipper can luxuriate in the ultra violet rays in the uncovered part.

To the left of the veranda is a magnificent covered gazebo with features including a mobile BBQ, in built Kleftco oven, microwave, and a table large enough to easily accommodate 10 people - perfect for al-fresco dining and hosting pool parties in the long hot Cyprus summers evenings.

Now we come to the very large HEATED pool. This also benefits from whirlpool spa, Roman steps and recently added attractive decking. A shower is available to be used before and after bathing. The surrounding area is also lit which reinforces its suitability for hosting pool parties.

A series of steps leads to the next level which is a delightful glade with numerous trees, stone features and many nooks and crannies ideal for relaxation and contemplation. Decked areas complete with tables and chairs offer the ideal location for picnics.

More steps lead to another level and a wooden bridge which crosses a stonework gully which during the rainy seasons water falls, adding to the sense of serenity and peace.

Another feature which should be highlighted is the large covered car parking area. Covered parking is very important in Cyprus bearing in the mind the fierce unrelenting summer sun. Current there is a servants quarters in a separate Bungalow

A sandy beach and restaurant is a short drive from here and local shops are less than 5 minutes drive away.
