At Westcountry Estates we pride ourselves on providing an innovative, proactive, but practical service to our clients. Our head office is based here at Faraday Mill Business Park. We have been involved with the Estate for over 15 years and in that time have seen many changes.

Faraday Mill has undergone a full refurbishment programme on many of the individual units with a total re-brand of the whole estate with new modern signage that provides a current and fresh profile to the business park. In our opinion, with Faraday being one of the largest commercial estates in Plymouth, it is a great place to run your business. Located close to the city centre with an excellent network of main roads allowing easy access in and out of the estate and surrounding areas, this also provides direct access to the A38 Expressway.

The Estates Office is situated directly on the main front elevation of the business park so we are easy to find. We are here, on site, to assist in the day to day operations of the estate and to provide a service to all existing tenants as well as new enquiries and requirements that can range from small starter units to larger commercial premises, all of the units are diverse and can offer a full range of accommodation.
