We have two one bed flats within this retirement village for single people aged 60+. Each flat has a walk in shower, gas heating and use of the communal facilities..

Pets may be permitted on a case by case basis.

Applicants will be required to pay up to one month's rent in advance which is approximately £873.00 including service charges. Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit. Universal Credit is accepted and no credit check is required. New residents are initially offered a starter tenancy (assured shorthold tenancy), which will then be reviewed for consideration of an assured lifetime tenancy if there have been no breaches or issues with the conduct of the tenancy in the first year. Existing Registered Social Landlord customers will be required to give notice on their current property, please be aware Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in, therefore this may have financial implications. Allocations are assessed through our Lettings policy.
