The Location
The National Trust village of Bradenham is located on the A4010 between Princes Risborough and High Wycombe. The majority of the properties date to the 18th Century and overlook the large village green and cricket pitch. There is easy access to quintessential Chilterns countryside with many walks and the popular Red Lion tea room just south of the Green.
Transport Links
There are excellent transport links to London, Oxford and Birmingham. High Wycombe station is within 5 miles and Saunderton station is a 5 minute drive - both of these are serviced by the Chilterns Mainline. The M40 motorway is a 15 minute drive. Local bus routes also provide connection to High Wycombe and Princes Risborough. Heathrow is within 25 miles.
The National Trust
The National Trust is Europe's leading conservation charity, and is committed to preserving special places for ever, for everyone. The Trust depends on the income it generates from its rental properties, and it could not deliver its core objectives without the support of its thousands of tenants and volunteers.
This property is part of the Bradenham Estate that was donated to the National Trust in 1956. The village is in close proximity to another National Trust Village - West Wycombe, West Wycombe Park, and Hughenden Manor.
