Very central location. Right next to Bristol Road which has many lovely bars such as the nowhere bar and the Royal Oak. The streets of Bath are very clean and living next to a main road allows for easy access if you have a car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have responded to the majority of questions queries and concerns, however I have not received a satisfactory response as to why the scaffolding is still up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in BA2 3GQ, Bath is overall a very positive experience. The local area offers a good range of shops, cafés, restaurants, and green open spaces, making day-to-day life convenient and enjoyable. Transport links are reliable with easy access to buses and Bath Spa station, although at peak times traffic can be a little heavy. The street itself is generally quiet and friendly, with regular bin collections and no major issues with anti-social behaviour. Parking is reasonable, though it can get competitive during busy hours. Overall, it’s a safe, welcoming, and convenient place to live.
