The main house comprises 4 bedrooms - the master opens out directly to the pool deck - and 3 bathrooms complete with garage and utility room as well as a fabulous rooftop sunbathing sea view deck with artificial turf. The infinity pool has a fountain and the views to the Bay are sensational. The whole front of the house is fitted with stated of the art hurricane proof double glazed sliding glass doors with integrated blinds that open the whole front of the house up to ocean view and swimming pool deck. The porch area is also fitted with hurricane proof shutters that give security from possible intruders and inclement weather conditions.

The guest cottage also has a fully fitted German Schuller kitchen and 2 more bedrooms with a shared state of the art bathroom.

Both the main house and guest cottage are fully air-conditioned and there is a back-up generator to service in the event of a power outage.

The entertainment Gazebo consists of a bar and an 8 person Jacuzzi hot tub, Teppanyaki BBQ, a fully fitted Schuller kitchen including Miele appliances and is a perfect set up for living with large screen TV seating area and dining both indoors and out. It also hosts a WC and vanity area. The gazebo is also closed off by electric roller hurricane proof shutters whilst not in use.

Gracelands is served with tanked water heated by solar power (with electricity back up) and mains electricity, high speed internet, and has large back up water storage cisterns and a generator. The whole property is covered by a high spec alarm system with over 26 surveillance cameras that allows the owner to view the property 24 hours per day whilst away from the property with DVR recording to apple and android devices no matter where in the world the owner is.

The property is fully walled and accessed by electric sliding gate and secured.
