The house is set on three levels above ground, for a total area of about 90m2 of habitable space.

Ground floor, leads directly into the living area, where we find a kitchen / dining room, pellet stove, which feeds the heating system, and square spiral staircase leading to the upper floors. First floor consisting of a bedroom and a bathroom.

Second floor we find a bedroom and a bedroom / study. The property is located in the village of Lupinaia, it is very bright and airy with a warm and welcoming feeling to the property. Totally recently renovated with quality finishes and above all with all the precautions to make the house structurally safe this is reflected in the energy certificate;

The ground floor was built over an air-rated igloo structure to avoid direct contact with the ground, the shutters and window frames are new, with double glazing, externally it has been completely insulated.

The restructuring of the property took place maintaining typical visual detailing of the area, such as floors with exposed wooden beams and rafters.
