Casa Sheppard is situated on a quiet village road within walking distance of all village ameneties. It has a traditional wooden front door leading to a hallway with granite stairs leading to the uppper floor.

Off the hallway there is a modern bathroom with walk in shower, WC and washbasin on a marble base. Included is a washing machine.

On the other side of the hallway, there is a double bedroom with beautiful stone vaulted ceiling.

The original granite staircase leads to a large living/dining room with solid wood furniture and TV.

Also on this floor is the very large master bedroom with solid wood furniture.
