Set in a tranquil and picturesque valley close to Porto Ferraio, a beautifully restored estate from the 1800's with several buildings, terraced vineyards, a pool and permission to build a large wine cellar.

After 5 years of careful renovation, this unique property provides a beautiful family home immersed amongst the painstakingly restored ancient stone-walled terraces dating back to Napoleonic times when the island was covered in vineyards, fig trees, cacti, palm trees, and orchards. The works have been carried out in respect of local and traditional methods, and the materials include marble, granite, terracotta, and hand-painted tiles.

There are four buildings, a large pool terrace, a Spanish garden with citrus trees, and permission to build a large wine-producing cellar.

The property is completed by 8.5 ha of land, of which 2.56 ha are vineyards (with the possibility to extend for about 2.5 ha), 2 ha of arable land, and olive groves with about 100 trees. The remainder is coppice.
