Access: The land is accessible via the public footpath from the A20 at Leybourne or from West Malling. From our West Malling Office continue northward and at the junction with Swan Street, turn right and take the next left into Police Station Road. Continue straight ahead and keep to the left and pass Meadow Bank on the right and continue on the Public footpath on to the field.
From our West Malling Office continue northward on the High Street and thus into Town Hill. At the roundabout on the A20 London Road, take the second exit and proceed eastward for about 350 metres to ME19 5EZ. On the right hand side there is farm gate and driveway with a 'kissing gate' beside. Please park in front of the gate and leave the access gate to Nos 99 & 103 clear. Enter the field via the kissing gate.

Viewing: Please view at any reasonable time during daylight hours only so as not to cause concern or inconvenience to neighbouring properties. Please bear in mind that the land accommodates grazing animals and therefore viewing is at your own risk. Therefore, please take particular care if viewing with children. Also, please always keep any dogs under safe control at all times on a lead.
