The Arcata (located on the ground floor): two large bedrooms with large windows and valley views, a spacious living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen onto the living room, a bathroom and a terrace.

The Loggia (located on the first floor): 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles overlooking the valley, and a single, all with private bathrooms. There is a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace and a covered terrace.

Basement: a boiler room and a large strorage room.

The ceilings are mostly timber beams but the most unique features of the property are the huge windows overlooking the valley: this part of the house was an old drying area.

The apartments have separate facilities and heating and hot water is powered by LPG or pellet fuel stoves.

Water is provided by an aquaduct but there is also a well for irrigation of the garden.

The grounds are made up of relaxation areas around the fruit plants and flowers and there is also a swimming pool of 6m x12m.
