A small village forming part of the territory of Teramo City which is 10 minutes away by car.
Frondarola is 458 metres above sea level and looking out from the village it is possible to see the peaks of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga Mountains, as well as the hills of the Pescara and Ascoli Piceno areas of Abruzzo.
Archaeological evidence points to the existence of Frondarola in the pre-Roman era although the first documentation dates to 1076.
The small population of 200 has access to the local bar/café with all other amenities found in Teramo City.
