Beverley Enterprise Centre, constructed in 2021, is conveniently located on the established Grovehill Industrial Estate on the southern outskirts of Beverley. The centre consists of 24 modern, purpose-built offices and 5 workshops which offer a blank canvas for businesses to create their own unique working spaces. There are great facilities which include kitchens, toilets, a shower room, lift facility, conference and meeting rooms and ample car parking spaces with EV car charging points. Lighting is LED with PIR detection.
Administrative support and reception services are also available within the centre.

Terms of Occupation
The offices are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or business advisor.

Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee. Licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, receive post and deliveries); WiFi; access to a wider business support network; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning and building insurance.

Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of office based, and small workshop businesses. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.

Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office only.

Business Rates & VAT
Business rates are not included, but small business rate relief (SBRR) can be applied for with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
VAT is payable on the licence fee.

Conference & Meeting Space
The generously sized conference room will be available to hire for up to 50 delegates or alternatively can be divided in half to create two smaller rooms. The provision of a presenter kit, wall mounted TV's, WiFi, flipcharts and most importantly a coffee machine are included within the hire charges.

Viewings
Viewings are available during office hours 9am-4pm.
