Terms of Occupation
The offices are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or business advisor.

Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee. Licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, receive post and deliveries); WiFi; access to a wider business support network; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning and building insurance.

Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of office based, and small workshop businesses. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.

Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office only.
