5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent location along the mersey, close to boxpark and the centre of Liverpool which provides a wide array of restaurants and activities. The Keel manage parking, bin collection which is also seamless and noise levels are low
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficiently taking on board both our perspective as well as the Keels
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No particular thing to mention, the team is lovely and any questions they are always able to answer/ help

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great area of liverpool, a 10/15 minute walk from the albert dock, liverpool one and the baltic. A quiet and peaceful area, away from traffic and the busy city noise. A little far out from a big supermarket but not a huge problem thanks to uber deliveries! also if you are relying on public transportation you may need to go into the city centre depending on your journey. Otherwise I cannot fault this area, there is a real community of people here at the Keel.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team here are incredibly helpful, we are yet to have many issues but ever since moving in the staff have been very friendly and helpful, all enquiries are always responded to promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Keel is a great place to live, offering amazing facilities, lovely apartments and gorgeous views across the mersey. What I wish I knew before hand is how hot the apartment gets during the summer, It definitely isn’t a deal breaker but invest in a good fan! :)

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Far enough from the city centre to be peaceful (and beautiful views from many of the apartments), but close enough to be convenient for a quick jaunt into the city centre. A few good pubs nearby and just a stone’s throw from the historic Albert Dock. All-in-all an excellent location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reece always responds promptly to any queries/maintenance requests and ensures that they are actioned promptly and properly. As a result, the building management is the most proactive of any I have previously recommended and therefore I would highly recommend!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The large windows can mean the flats get very hot in warm weather - make sure you have a good fan to help stay cool!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Brilliant location, close to the city centre but also still quiet, ample parking at the location and no anti social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any queries we get an almost immediate response, anything that requires a follow up we are given plenty of notification
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only issue I have is the walking distance to good grocery stores, there's a small Tesco about a 10 minute walk but for more substantial shopping will be a 30 minute walk

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Only bad point we can think of is every now and then the seagulls can get into the bin store but that’s only a few occasions. One of the best aspects is the complimentary coffee and how close it is to the Baltic market
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and really professional with the few issues we’ve had
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we’d found the keel a lot sooner. It would have saved a lot of hassle with a previous potential flat
