This exclusive villa is situated in a remote natural setting in the village of Islamlar village. Incredibly spacious both inside and out and finished to a very high standard . This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for those who want total privacy . The pool terrace is set in beautiful grounds, surrounded by trees and has a large landscape garden to one side. Here there is a feature fountain, wooden arbor, shaded seating area, tree swing and children's playground. To the front of the villa building is a large infinity pool with integrated children's pool and a bridge that crosses the pool. A built in stone BBQ, dining table and generous sunbathing space is provided and this stunning outside space faces out to the unspoiled mountains and sea on the horizon.

The villa is spaced across two floors; on the ground floor there is a vast open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen with stylish furnishings, an island in the kitchen with integrated breakfast bar and a fireplace. The ceiling over the living area has a nature scene which compliments the surrounding naturals views enjoyed throughout the villa. A twin en-suite with terrace and garden access is found adjacent to this room. The first floor is home to two plush double en-suite bedrooms and a private sauna. The master bedroom has a large indoor heated pool open to the room and two ceiling features, one of blue skies above the pool and one a stars at night above the bed. Both bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies that have garden, landscape and sea views.

Islamlar village where villa is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a village lane which is gravel in some areas and sheltered parking space for two cars is available next to the entrance. The villa is accessed up 1 flight of steps.

The indoor pool. This pool is a salt water pool and does not use chemicals in it's cleaning process. The maximum temperature is 25-30 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
