Duties:
The incoming Licensee will be responsible for:
Keeping the lake clear of litter and debris, including the outlet grate. Removal of any debris from the outside of the grate should be removed on a regular basis to allow free flow of water out of the lake.
Removal of litter from around the lake, including any fishing equipment/line.
Liaise with the Friends of Group closely so that any events arranged by each other do not conflict.
Usual Bailiff duties and upholding of fishing rules.
Re-investing the money made through fishing back into the pond.
Additional information:
The creation of fishing pegs could be permitted given they are included in the 5 year plan and approved by Street Scene.
The Council is open to vegetation around the lake edge being established. This must be included in the 5-year plan and approved by Street Scene.
Night fishing may be given approval following application by the incoming tenant, but the Council reserves the right to revoke the approval.
