    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Very central and close to transport. Sainsbury’s in building is very convenient. Bars and restaurants are nearby but still a walk (for most). The parking is tough to manage unless you pay for in building parking but if you don’t have a car it’s still good.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Our one maintenance issue was addressed as soon as it came up, and resolved above and beyond our expectations.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The apartments don’t have cooling which can be really tough in the height of summer.

    Temple Meads station is so close, there's a Wetherspoons just across the river. You have a Mokoko downstairs and a Sainsburys next door. As well as several other lovely bars in the area. Everything you need is pretty close

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They've come to fix things within a few days, which is great.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The upper floors are particularly hot in summer, but I guess it's like that in any building, so be sure to bring fans and summer bedding. The couch is also terribly uncomfortable so if you have your own couch, put theirs in storage and use your own rather.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The apartment is located in a great area with contemporary offices, a stone throw away from bristol’s main river with scenic views and only a 8 minute walk from Temple Meads. It can be quite noisy throughout the day some times as it is a busy area in general, but the quality sound proof windows do a great job of blocking it all out.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Extremely quick response with no issues going longer than 5 days and major issues fixed within 2.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I would have known more about the entertainment (i.e. the board games and cooking books available for everyone to use)

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Convient location, especially for those who work close by. Good amenities within the building and Sainsbury within walking distance. Temple meads is also within walking distance. At times can hear trains when window is open and also people returning from a night out.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Haven’t had any issues so far. Therefore, I have not encountered any issues

    How central the location is to a lot of different areas.

    Close to temple meads station, very nice location. Sainsbury is just down stairs which is very nice. Bin Chute embedded in the apartment, very convenient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    You can easily raise maintenance request on website and the team usually get it done quite quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Do contact the reception team early if you need a parking space.
