In the Northeast of the national territory, integrated in the district of Bragança, the municipality of Mogadouro borders Spain along the Douro River. Nestled between the deep valley of the Douro and the Sabor basin, it occupies the extension of the Planalto Mirandês which, in turn, follows the Planalto Leonês (Zamora and Salamanca region)
The main rivers crossing the municipality are the Douro River to the southeast, the Sabor River to the west, the Maçãs River and the Angueira River to the northeast.
The International Douro Natural Park is located in the municipality of Mogadouro,
Located in the heart of the Planalto Mirandês, Mogadouro currently enjoys a good road network. The IC5, which crosses the municipality, gives access to the A4, the structural link road to Porto. This route also allows connection with neighbouring Spain through Miranda do Douro. The IC5 also crosses with the IP2, which allows the interior connection to the A25.
With the current road network, it is possible to make road connections between Mogadouro and Porto in two hours, and to Lisbon or Madrid in a little over four hours.
Mogadouro is served by some connections. The Bus Terminal (Central de Camionagem) station is located in the town centre, making it a good alternative for reaching this town in the interior of Trás-os-Montes.

Housing composed by basement, the ground floor, first and second floor. In the basement garage with space for 3 cars, on the ground floor ample space ideal for commerce or services. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room (open space) and on the top floor the intimate area consisting of 3 bedrooms one being the master suite. The first and second floors are under renovation.
Outside, the roof was renovated, the walls coated with capotto system and the new doors and windows in lacquered aluminum with double glazing.
