The local village of Melissi is situated between walking distance from the house. It is a traditional village lively in the summer months with Athenian families who holiday here. There is a village square with a cafe as well as a mini market.

Melissi is a seaside village close to Kiato and Xylokastro. Several beach bars, restaurants are situated in the nearby area of Melissi, Diminio, Sykia, Xylokastro and Kiato leaving all tastes satisfied.
