    The location is perfect for everything we need - close to small shops, big supermarkets, train station and only a short walk from the city centre! A bus stop is right outside too. It’s really quiet, even with an event space across the street, we hardly hear anything! Very friendly people around and never had any trouble.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly and always try to keep us updated on ongoing maintenance issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    how much of a community feel this place offers. We have made several friends since moving here and the social events on offer make this even more possible. Plenty of people live here alone and have expanded their social circle since moving in. Nothing bad to comment

    The pub ! The Royal Oak. I like the river walk … the closeness to amenities … next to pure gym ! Lidl … m&s .

    Promptly responded and helpful. Kind and helpful always.. they are amazing!

    Good place to live, close to amenities, lidl is 2 minutes walking distance, bus stops just outside the building.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very professional managers. Never had any issues in the past 4 years living here.

    Everything was explained before hand, there were no hidden fees or issues.
