Gavalohori, Chania, Crete, Greece

The residence is in a quiet location between the villages of Gavalochori and Almyrida. It is part of a complex with three residences, which share only one common entrance while each has a large outdoor area in its exclusive use. The house is on the edge of the complex and has many areas with good privacy while offers beautiful views of the sea and the ridge of the White Mountains.

The residence has a 1340 m section of the plot, the largest part of which is fenced and fully landscaped. On the front of the house there are a gate and a large parking space that ends in a garage in the basement. At the back side there is an impressive garden with grass and large cypress trees while in one section various fruit trees have been planted. The newly-constructed pool of the villa is 11 m * 3 m and has a large area and courtyard around.

The area is verdant and in a short distance there are many nice villages, which are worth exploring. The wonderful beach of Almyrida has facilities and along it there are many taverns and cafes. In the small town of Kalyves, which is about 15 minutes' drive, you will find banks, restaurants, schools and many shops. The city and the airport of Chania are about 40 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
