On the front of the building there are a spacious courtyard and parking space while you can very easily add a swimming pool, a large themed garden or anything else according to your needs.

In nearby Kolymbari you will find big supermarkets, bank, cafe, restaurants with famous local food as well as a beautiful beach suitable for relaxation in areas with facilities or quieter places. It is an independent small seaside town of high tourist and residential interest, where a port and a marina have just been constructed in case you have a boat. Kolymbari also has a junction of the northern highway of Crete, from where you can go to the city of Chania or Kissamos within just 25 and 15 minutes' drive, respectively. The international airport of Chania is approximately 35 minutes' drive from the property.
