Description

A four bedroom semi-detached country cottage dating back to 1832 in need of some updating and modernising situated in a rarely available no through road in the picturesque village of Doddington.

This charming extended property has been inhabited by the present vendor for over thirty years which is a testament to what a happy home it has been. It offers flexible accommodation and outside spaces giving a buyer an ideal opportunity to create their own village home to fit their needs.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors comprising entrance hall, living room with brick fireplace, an open plan kitchen/dining room with Rayburn, utility room and a ground floor bathroom. To the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of which enjoy countryside views and a separate WC.

Outside there is a part lawned, part brick paved garden to the front and to the rear an enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn with hedged borders. In addition, across the road from the property there is a fenced separate plot of land with fruit trees, an old summerhouse, and space which has the potential to be converted to a driveway for parking or as an additional garden area.
