Gioiello sulla Valle is a beautiful villa 8 km north of Spoleto with a gross area of about 500 square meters surrounded by 3.7 hectares of land fully fenced, part of which consists of productive olive trees, fruit trees and centuries-old oaks. From the State Road "Flaminia" near Km. 130 direction from Spoleto to Foligno is the intersection for the Provincial Road called "Passo della Spina" and along the aforementioned road for about 3 Km. You reach a country road that leads to the magnificent Gioiello sulla Valle property.
