This Large Detached Villa in Calis is just 5 minutes walk away from the sea. The 3-storey villa is close to the main strip in Calis. Within minutes, you are surrounded by restaurants, bars and mini-markets. All year round there is also a reliable bus service running on a daily basis. Using this transport link you can be in Fethiye in around 10 minutes. Additionally, you are also close to the Sunday Market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit every week.


This property is an excellent investment. It makes a lovely family home but could be used as a private holiday home. Due to its location it has the potential to be a great rental property especially in the summer months.

Layout

The entrance to this spacious villa is at the side of the house. There are a few steps up onto a covered balcony that allows you to enter the property whether through the kitchen door or the living room door.
