The parcel includes 1/4 of an acre of beautiful and accessible gully land featuring ancient limestone formations and massive royal palm and sandbox trees in an authentic tropical forest setting ripe for future garden development. Extensive renovations and improvements were implemented by designers Terri and Richard Archer in 2008.
