Furthermore, a few steps up, there is an additional room currently used as a kitchen with its own walk-out covered terrace.
This is the best place to organize evenings with friends or guests during the hot summer evenings. Through outdoor stairs on the terrace, it is also possible to get access to the panoramic roof terrace which comes with an additional external kitchen and built-in sofa from where you can enjoy a broad sea view.

The house is in good structural condition, it comes with the traditional star vaults typical of Salento houses and with a unique concrete floor with coloured details.
