This is a second floor apartment situated in the center of the small town of Neapolis, Lasithi, Crete.
The apartment is just off the towns main square and many shops and services are within a short walk from here.

An internal staircase gives access to this apartment only.
The apartment comprises a large living room with access to a spacious balcony overlooking the town street, a double bedroom with a balcony to the back of the building, a bathroom, a kitchen and a single bedroom.
On the 3rd floor there is one more large double bedroom belonging to this apartment plus a large storage room and a sizeable roof whioch can be made into a very nice private roof terrace.

The house is in need of renovation however not much work is needed structurally as the walls, the floors and the ceiling are in relatively good condition.

Only a 10 minute drive to the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos and several sandy beaches.
Within a 35 minute drive to the international airport of Heraklion.

 

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.

The micro-climate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
