Comments from the current tenants
"We’ve loved our time living in Hiley Road and will be really sad to leave this flat. The neighbours upstairs and either side, and the community on the entire road is something really unique and full of genuinely lovely people who look out for one another.
The flat itself has been great to live in, with comforts that are rare for rentals. We’ve really treasured having a big garden and easy layout, as well as so many thoughtful touches that make day-to-day life easier as renters, like having drawers and smart modular rails in the kitchen, a dishwasher, and really good storage throughout.
The location is unbeatable. Being 2 minutes from the station has been incredibly valuable for our commutes, particularly with two great lines (e.g. Euston is 10 minutes away). Kensal Rise and nearby Queens Park are lovely areas to mosey and the Overground adds a further transport services makes it so easy to get across all of North London on weekends. Altogether, it’s been a very happy home for us, and we hope whoever moves in next enjoys it just as much as we have."
Location:
Ideally located on quiet residential street which is a few moment from Kensal Green underground/over ground (Zone 2 Bakerloo line), allowing for quick and convenient access to central London and other parts of the city.
