Description
The chalet site extends to 8.15 acres (3.29 ha) and currently has 2 units. There is planning permission for a further 17 holiday accommodation units. Whilst the site has 2 units currently, the original planning permission had permisison for 3, with a further application for an additional 17 making a total of 20.
The site is adjacent to the Clywedog Reservoir which was built in the 1960's to control the flow of water into the River Severn. The coastal university town of Aberystwyth is some 36 miles away and with access to the Snowdonia National Park via Machynlleth and Aberdyfi.
