DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 has the benefit of approved consent on 15 December 2020 under Planning Application No. 20/04307/AGR for the erection of a ‘general agricultural produce storage building’ with associated track in the north west corner of the Lot. The land was formerly part of Frodsham Golf Club which closed down in 2021.
