Description

In summary, a spacious two bedroom, semi-detached house in the sough after location of Pittville.  This property has lots of potential and is a great opportunity for a buyer to create a lovely home.  The property is in a great location and is walking distance to Pittville park, Pump Room, town centre and the race course.

Vendors comments - 18 Cleevemount Road has been a really wonderful family home for 60 years. I spent my teenage years here with my parents, then my three children spent many happy weekends & holidays with their grandparents.  In time the house was also filled with the sounds of laughter from six great-grandchildren.  It’s been a house filled with many happy memories and lots of love.

The entrance hall is bright and welcomes you into the home, and gives you access to the lounge, dining room & kitchen and stairs to the first floor.

The lounge is a lovely bright spacious room with a large bay window giving lots of natural light.  There is also a window looking out to the side of the house.  A chimney breast has a gas fire feature.

The dining space is entered from the hallway.  There is a large storage cupboard and a feature fireplace.  The room has plenty of space for a dining table and chairs and is open plan directly to the kitchen. A window looks out to the side of the property.

The kitchen is a good size and looks out to the rear garden benefiting from large windows giving lots of light to the room. There are kitchen units for storage and enough space for a standalone fridge freezer and appliances.  There is direct access from a door to the rear patio area.

The staircase leads you up to the first floor which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The bathroom is positioned at the top of the stairs. The room is bright and has a W.C, sink, bathtub and integrated shower.

The primary bedroom looks out over the front of the property.  It is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for wardrobes and chest of drawers.  The large bay windows attract lots of light and there is also a window looking out to the side of the house.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with a large cupboard which can be utilised as a wardrobe and additional storage.  The room looks out to the rear garden with wonderful views of the playing fields and buildings in the distance.

The front garden is a good size and is gravelled with shrubs and plants keeping it low maintenance.  There is a wall giving privacy and a side driveway along the property leading to the garage, access to the garden and main door to the house.

The garage is a metal construction and is large enough for a medium size car, is accessed from the side of the property along the driveway, has a door to the garden & windows out to the rear.

The large rear garden is fabulous space.  There are various spaces to enjoy, a private patio area accessed from the side gate and from the kitchen.  Lawned garden areas and a pebbled patio space, ideal for entertaining.  There is a greenhouse and garden shed to the rear and vegetable patch area.  The garden is North-West facing.
