To understand the MGM group, you must first take into account its mountain origins and its founder’s passion for this secret and generous Alpine environment. This unanimously shared mindset unites the whole team around a deep desire to live there, work there and give the best of themselves to their region.

Next, for a group to function, it must also share the same conception of the work to be accomplished. The doors are always wide open to those who are passionate about construction, to those who want to give of their best and who will not compromise on quality. At MGM, we love handsome wood and fine stone and we feature them without ever forgetting that the region has its own style and history to be respected.

Human hands and inspiration do the rest. Stone blocks fit together to create skilfully calculated effects. Wood is worked, often carved, and chosen in dimensions which lend their majesty to the buildings being created. The smallest detail is carefully thought out and, as soon as they go in, visitors sense the total harmony between the elements. There is no doubt that we are in a true mountain setting that has existed for generations and which has retained all its authenticity.

This respect has nothing to do with nostalgia, as the buildings are very much of our time and all that that implies in respect of performance, innovation and comfort. MGM looks to the future with confidence, but is opposed to an extremist vision which could harm the mountains’ image. Its apartment complexes are always on a human scale and integrate elegantly into the setting of the resorts which play host to them.

Lastly, the difference of the MGM group can be seen in a form of generosity on all levels. The surface areas of the apartments are larger than the usual standards. The complexes are always equipped with all that is needed for a proper holiday (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room, ski lockers,...). The same applies to the level of facilities available to owners and residents, which we shall outline elsewhere.
