A magnificent 1930s villa over four floors that sits in a dominant position with unobstructed views over Lake Maggiore.

The impressive views may be enjoyed from all over the property however from the raised ground floor terrace one can see the Lombardy side of the botanical park, and an endless view of the branch of Lago Maggiore that extends to its lower border.

The renovation of the villa was made in the 90's with extreme care and use of sophisticated materials, mainly marble and local wood.

From the property, a pedestrian short cut reaches the the lake promenade in a few minutes. Intra is a popular and lively town on Lake Maggiore. It's definitely more cosmopolitan than it's neighbouring lakeside towns. It offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
