Also on the ground floor is a large hall, living room with lovely fireplace and wood burner, kitchen and utilty room. The Kitchen dining area has wonderful high ceilings with exposed beams and a bespoke kitchen cabinetry. Appliances include an American style fridge, dishwasher and induction hob and oven and grill. The separate utility area has a w/c and walk-in shower with a washer dryer and Shelia Maid drying rack. The property is finished with made to measure curtains and blinds.
