This particular apartment occupies a prominent top floor position, to the south east corner, enjoying beautiful open views across the surrounding area to the sea at Tor Bay, and benefitting from generous living space, with a three bedroom design, complemented by an open corner balcony and garage parking. The development is set within landscaped communal gardens with lawns and paved terracing. Torquay's bustling harbour and Yacht Marina lie at the base of the hill, whilst Wellswood, with its 'village' ambience and quaint shopping parade is found at the opposite end of Middle Warberry Road.

OWNERS INSIGHT

"When relocating from Blackpool to Torbay our prime objective was to find a beautiful new home with lovely sea views. As soon as we walked into this apartment we immediately knew that this was to be our next home as we were instantly attracted to the lovely sea and coastal views into Tor Bay, and equally over the lower slopes of the wooded Warberries hillside. So enchanted with these views we didn't even set up our television for the first fortnight as we were so in awe of everything that we could enjoy from our sitting room and balcony. To this day we still cannot believe how lucky we have been to have lived in such a wonderful setting. We are now sadly having to move from Teneriffe due to ill health and will certainly miss the breathtaking and ever changing views of Tor Bay as well as the many friends we have made here. We are sure that any new owners will be warmly welcomed into the development and they too will soon appreciate how wonderful life is living here."
