We have proudly called Birch Grove home for just over seven years. With excellent transport options, Lee train station is a 8-minute walk away, while Hither Green station is just over 18 minutes on foot.

It has a great choice of diverse takeaways, pubs, cafes, coffee shops, and a supermarket within reach. Another thing we absolutely loved having raised a young family here is the easy access to three parks—Mansfield Park, Manor House Gardens, and Northbrook Park—all within walking distance. And don't forget the nearby gems of Blackheath and Greenwich Park, offering even more outdoor enjoyment.

We would say that Birch Grove is a close-knit street with polite neighbours who make Birch Grove a friendly and secure place to live.
