The villa is spread over three levels and has large, panoramic terraces on each floor.

The ground floor has a large and bright living room, kitchen, bathroom and closet.
From a large staircase with large opening windows overlooking the panorama that create a strong emotional impact leads to the upper floors.

The first floor has three bedrooms and all of them have access to the terrace . Also the bathroom.

The slightly attic upper floor consists of another bedroom with double access onto the panoramic terrace (65 m2) which embraces the entire front part of the house.

It is halfway between the NApoli Capodichino Airport ( 220km) and Lamezia Terme Airport ( 146km) and from there you can get train , or rent a car.

Both airport are served of many scheduled flights along low cost fligts.
