Indoor layout:  Entering the front door, the bright and airy living room makes you feel immediately welcome.  The build quality and calibre of the furnishings are obvious.  From here you can take the staircase upstairs or through to the kitchen.  The kitchen is a large room with a long central island, plenty of storage and features a dumbwaiter.  Taking the stairs upwards from the living room leads us up to three large en-suite bedrooms, all with excellent views, whilst there is a downwards staircase to your underground parking.  The guest house, accessed through the courtyard at ground level or via a walkway at first floor level has a generous reception room, an outstanding master suite upstairs and the guest bedroom on the lower ground floor.

Outdoor layout: The angled nature of the house allows the lush garden and swimming pool to be the focal point throughout the home.  Elegant terraces run alongside the house allowing ample sunbathing space and the central semi-covered courtyard sits beautifully between the main and guest house.  At the lower level, underground parking for at least two cars, a recreation space, and large laundry can be found.
