Villa Mandaris and its guest cottage is located on Mount du Cap, St Lucia. It is in the most exclusive residential area of the island known as Cap Estate.

This mountain top estate provides the best views. It enjoys 180-degree views overlooking the island. The views extend all the way to the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Many of its architectural features are inspired by the Caribbean and its surroundings. The estate is fully fenced. It is closed off on two sides with high walls. There is a gated entrance and 24/7 security (no service charge!). This property is perfect for the individual looking for exceptional privacy.

Villa Mandaris is entered through its own entrance way and garden. The garden combines a lush landscape with flora and fauna for added privacy. There are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and island views.

Villa Mandaris has a large kitchen with 3 worktops and bar area. This allows for plenty of space and socializing whilst cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area allows for both indoor and outdoor/alfresco dining. It has a combined terrace. 

The large living room and adjacent covered terrace spans nearly the length of the house. It is perfect for after dinner drinks. Also a great spot to sit and read a good book whilst taking in the views. On hot days the pool allows you to cool off from the heat of the day. Maybe take a walk in the shadow of the greenery of the garden. Enjoy the taste of the plentiful fruit trees. These include mango, papaya, coconut, banana, guava, lime, soursop and star fruit.

The back of the house provides space for a maid’s quarter. There is a washing area and workshop.

The guest cottage has its own separate access from Villa Mandaris. It offers 3 bedrooms in total. Each has it own bathroom.

The master bedroom offers views of the Caribbean Sea and the island. The views extend towards the neighboring island of Martinique towards the north. On the bottom floor the large kitchen offers views directly into the garden. It also overlooks the infinity pool and deck area. This is perfect for poolside entertaining. The dining area provides space for hosting a large number of guests. It enjoys great night views of the island with all its lights.
