Cadnam Hall has individual flats for 4/5/6 students, with access to outside communal grounds, with seating areas, backing onto the Bourne Brook Nature Walk
We have a careful allocation policy, booking early assures you get a flat best suited to you, whether it be specific study year or something else important to you. It makes for a more harmonious year with many students wanted to continue with us. Those who do benefit from huge renewal discounts (up to £500) and not having to pack their belongings, not paying rent when not on site and many more.
Most flats have 6 rooms, some with a deluxe room (king-size bed and loads of extra space), all the classic rooms are identical ensuite rooms, still very spacious, plus a great shared area for socialising, if you want to.
All our excellent rooms are ensuite and all inclusive of bills with huge bright kitchen areas for a maximum of 6 people to share, with ample space to relax with a flat screen TV, sofa and plenty of dining area. Plus we have an onsite free gym
