We will require you to make rent payments in advance. Universal Credit claimants will need to make an advance rent payment of a months rent, as do those in employment.
We do not charge tenancy fees/agent fees. There is no bond/deposit to pay and our rents are low, to ensure your home with us is as affordable as possible so you can make your tenancy a success.
Your tenancy will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for the first 12 months and will be converted into an assured tenancy after 12 months providing the tenancy has been conducted in a satisfactory manner.
