WHAT WE LOVE:  
In the Newquay area we see many luxury apartments but very few with their own private courtyard gardens, particularly south facing ones.  The location is fantastic being so close to the town and beaches.  The apartment is light, bright, airy, very relaxing but wow the courtyard is just the best for this type of property.
