Description

We have three one-bedroom first floor flats with wet rooms available for rent in our independent living scheme for people aged 55 years and over. All flats are accessible via the lift.

The scheme itself has 35 self-contained flats in total each with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and wet room.

There's a communal lounge and kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. All flats are accessible via a lift, disabled access and a secure door entry system.

We have beautiful communal gardens and a car park for residents. We also have excellent guest facilities.

Steeple Leas is staffed by a scheme manager five days a week (Monday - Friday). They enable customers to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. The scheme manager will keep in contact with customers throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At the weekend and out of hours, customers can contact the Customer Wellbeing team for help. We can also signpost customers to additional services for support.

Please note, no dogs and cats are permitted because of the location in the building. However, caged pets and birds are welcome. Please read our Pet Policy on our website.
