Description of the property

The villa is located on the first and second floor. The villa is positioned to offer incredible views not only from the outside but also from many of the rooms.

From here, a large hallway leads to the brick kitchen with a French door giving access to the outdoor area behind the house.

Then on the right hand side there are 3 bedrooms, all with bathrooms and an additional storage room. Two of the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and of course enjoy stunning views.

Outside, the property consists of large areas. On the part of the garden in front of the villa there is an olive grove that can produce about 80 litres of pure Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. Ornamental plants, succulents and a hedge surrounding a large part of the garden complete the property. At the back of the villa is the other large plot of land (in this case steep and unvegetated) that extends to the mountain behind the house.

The villa is constantly occupied during the spring and summer months.
The villa is equipped with an oil-fired heating system that makes the property habitable all year round without any problems.
Of the 4 bathrooms in the house, 2 have been completely renovated. The rest of the house does not need any major work, although if one wishes to invest after purchase, renovation of the fixtures, electrical system and equipped area outside the back of the villa would be good for the image of the house.
