If you are looking for a large residence with high-quality features, with a swimming pool, potential for an endless garden and within a short walk from the sea, then this is an excellent and hard-to-find choice. On the ground floor of our house we find a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living space has a fireplace and is subtly separated as it is located one level lower with two steps. The kitchen is complete and has a large counter, breakfast bar, many cupboards and all the necessary electrical appliances. At the rear we find one of the total four bedrooms of the house, which has been configured and is used as an office. On the ground floor there is also a guest bathroom with shower. The ground floor exits to terraces on the north and west side, most of which are covered and offer direct access to the garden and the pool area.

On the first floor we find three bedrooms, two on the north side with views to the sea and one fairly spacious bedroom on the south side, which faces towards the ridge of the White Mountains. Each bedroom, including the one on the ground floor, has large fitted wardrobes. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms have impressively high wooden ceilings, while all three have exits to balconies in their exclusive use. Upstairs there is also one family bathroom with a bathtub and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The central staircase ends to the rooftop terrace, part of which is paved with tiles and is a perfect spot for sunbathing.

The region is developed mildly. It is sparsely built and around the property there are mainly luxury villas, olive groves and areas with low native vegetation. The nearby coastal village of Stavros is famous for its beautiful beach, part of which is located in a picturesque cove that is protected from the winds. In the center of Stavros you will also find some taverns and supermarkets that are open all year round. The center of Chania is about 20 minutes' drive and the area is ideal if you want to stay in nature, close to the sea and a few minutes outside the city.
