This finca is hidden in the mountains of La Traviesa between La Escalona and Vilaflor, above the south coast of Tenerife, not far from the famous „Bodega Reverón“. Here the original charm of Tenerife has been preserved! A more than 150-year-old main house with guest apartments is idyllically nestled on a rustic plot of approx. 18,000 sqm. The beautiful main house offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, two fully equipped kitchens, a wonderful living room with a fireplace, from which you can access the charming patio. Two guest apartments each accommodate a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom. Everything is surrounded by magnificent vegetation and you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from everywhere. When you enter the finca, the rooms and the outdoor areas, your heart will truly open! You can enjoy pure nature and the entire ambience radiates peace and relaxation. On a clear day you can also see El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma from here. The hot water supply and heating are provided by solar panels and gas. In addition to many other details such as a vegetable patch, many fruit trees, a 150-year-old bread oven, wine is mainly grown on the finca (Malvasia wine 80% white, 15% rosé, 5% red). The very fertile soil offers great potential for this. All in all, the finca offers a wide range of possible uses: for those seeking peace and quiet, who are looking for relaxation from everyday life in nature, or who want to accommodate holiday guests and/or want to grow wine.

La Escalona/Traviesa belongs to the municipality of Vilaflor and shows you the original Tenerife, with its many hiking trails and the beautiful nature of this protected landscape area. Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and the breathtaking, endless starry sky that can be seen here in this nature reserve, and especially in the nature reserve Barranco del Infierno (Hell's Canyon). Ifonche is also particularly popular with paragliders. All necessary facilities such as cafés, restaurants, supermarkets are available in the small town and the larger town of Arona is only a few minutes away by car.
