Approaching the property, we find double gates onto the long driveway giving you space for off-road parking though there is plenty of road parking for guests. The driveway ends with a lovely, covered terrace fitted with a shade awning.

Entering the property, we find ourselves in a living/dining room which is exceedingly light due to the patio doors onto the covered terrace. This room boasts an open fireplace and a brand-new air-conditioning unit. A hallway from here brings us first to the kitchen to our left with plenty of storage space and room for a dishwasher if required. An archway links the kitchen to the living room making it much more social. Opposite the kitchen is the shower room while the hall ends with the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom is currently set up as an office space but boasts fitted wardrobes and access to a rear terrace. This terrace is a great space and is ideal for al-fresco dining and entertaining. The owners have installed here additional storage units and utility cupboards where we'll find the washing machine.

Making our way upstairs we have a landing space giving access to 2 further double bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is to our left boasting a huge amount of wardrobe space, air conditioning and access to a private south-facing terrace. Next is the main bathroom with overhead shower and wall heater. Finally, we'll find the 2nd double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan. From this bedroom an exterior staircase brings us up to a private roof solarium where we can soak up the suns rays all day long and where we'll fully appreciate the surrounding views from the Mediterranean Sea up to Mojacar Pueblo.

As mentioned previously the property forms part of a small community which is maintained to a very high standard. The pool area is beautifully maintained with grass areas as well as a huge, shaded terrace with tables and chairs available to homeowners.

From the property we'll find an array of bars and restaurants within walking distance with Mojacar's commercial center just a 20 minute walk away. The commercial center is the social meeting place for Mojacar where we'll find café's, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Between the commercial center and the property is Mojacar's medical center, school, supermarket and another smaller commercial center. The local bus route which is a short walk from the property connects you to the coastline towns of Garrucha, Vera Playa and Vera as well as the entire 10km coastline of Mojacar Playa and even up to Mojacar Pueblo. Local airports are also close by - Almeria airport can be reached within 50/55 minutes, Murcia and Alicante airports are also just 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours away respectively. A local Shuttle Bus company runs buses to meet UK and Irish flights into these airports with a drop-off point very close to the property.
