Frome the dining area leads through to the kitchen which is fitted with a number of base units and includes a freestanding oven and hob and integrated dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen into a large double bedroom with built in wardrobe. From the bedroom there is a beautifully appointed bathroom complete with separate bath and corner shower.

Outside:
There is a small shared courtyard which is available for use. There is no allocated parking however there is ample space at the entrance gate for parking, it is just not allocated.

From Ledbury Town Centre stay on the main road (The Homend) and proceed in the direction of Hereford and the train station. Once passing the Texaco petrol station on your right take the next immediate right hand turning up Knapp Lane. Follow Knapp Lane up the hill and as you pass through the woodland take your next left hand turning onto West Hill Road. Stay on this lane for approximately one mile. You will notice a large red brick garden wall on your right. Carry on until the wall merges into a stone wall which has two single timber full hight gates built in. You will notice the lane widens here. Park your car at the widest point and press the doorbell for the property which is clearly marked next to the single timber gate on your right.
